EEO 21 History

EEO 21 was established in July 2004 as a sole proprietorship, is located in Jenkintown, near Philadelphia, in Pennsylvania. It is solely owned and operated by Chungsoo J. Lee, a non-attorney federal EEO and MSPB specialist, specializing discrimination and whistleblower cases in federal employment.  EEO 21, LLC registered as a limited liability company in March 2009. From 1995 to 2004 Mr. Lee was employed by Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission as Human Relations Representative, investigating employment discrimination cases arising within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania..

Chungsoo J. Lee

Owner and founder of EEO 21, LLC

Mr. Lee has been fighting against employment discrimination since 1995 and against federal employment discrimination since 2004. He gained 9 years of valuable experience in the EEO field, working as Human Relations Representative for nine years at Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. Since founding EEO 21 in 1995 he has argued hundreds of federal discrimination complaints before EEOC and MSPB. He has also argued equal number of cases involving whistleblower retaliation complaint before MSPB and the cases involving Chapter 43 (disciplinary actions related to performance) and Chapter 75 (disciplinary actions related to conduct issues) cases before MSPB administrative judges. He also filed and represented federal employees in numerous EEO complaints during the informal counseling period and the formal investigation period. He has amicably settled hundred of case for his clients.

Mr. Lee is not an attorney and does not provide legal advice pertaining to the court.  He can provide technical assistance for litigation at U.S. District Court and for appeals at U.S. Circuit Courts, Federal Circuit Court, and U.S. Supreme Court related to unlawful employment discrimination and final MSPB decisions.

He is married with two children and resides near Philadelphia.
